No need to furnish proof of the violation. I know that the way these violation letters work is that anyone in the community can call the HOA to call in a violation and they can remain anonymous. Whether the tenant was or wasn't harassing board members, I shouldn't be receiving letters, the police should be called to deal with it. What really got to me was the last letter saying my tenant was harassing board members. ![]() This leads me to believe the that HOA is harrassing me or they they are being vindictive against my tenant. Besides, having signs up to me doesn't make it an official rule unless the rules are revised and approved by all the board members. however I never did get this information from them. The HOA said they can send me pictures of the signs and their locations in the community. I sent an email to the HOA asking which rule in the "rules and regulations" of the community are being violated and they have written me back saying they cannot find the exact violations in the rules and regulations, but there are signs on up in the community about parking and walking on landscaping. I even looked over the CC&Rs just in case they are there. I have thoroughly read over every page of the community's rules and regulations and none of the 4 "violations" are written in the official rules and regulations of the community or even talked about. however, for each of these violations, the letters always state that they are in direct violation of the communities rules and regulations and that I can be fined if I don't resolve the issue.
